ooohhhh scaaaryyyy!!!

This is me and Derek (author of Scary School) at the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, which was loads of fun. I got to meet such great authors and readers. All my books were of course gone in a few hours. They were free! lol.

So you know I am the pirate slash zombie slash ghost. :)  The first day my brother drew a wicked spider on my face which got a lot of laughs. He didn't go the second day so no spider.

Please check out Derek's book. It seems very Halloweenish. :) I plan to read it soon!

Jack Ottaggaemenel

"Because all he has is a lantern, with a burning coal from the underworld given to him by Satan. It lights his way through his darkness. A lit turnip is a symbol of immortality. . . . Irish children, long ago, would sometimes see the glow moving across the hills. They would light up carved turnips every Halloween to ward him off."

How You Can Help . . .

Okay, the reason for deleting the publishers' emails is because I feel that emailing them is the wrong way of going about it. Way wrong! Now lol, I say, just get the ebook of My Friends Are Dead People (my guess it will be available in about 2-3 weeks, around April 14). And if you like it, you can get part 2, and if you like that, you can get part 3. And that's it! That would help me so much more than emailing a publisher.

DISREGARD: As of now I don't plan to self-publish anymore H.M.D. books after book 3.  I would like to get published by a major publisher first, but for that to happen My Friends Are Dead People must get noticed. So this is what you can do: Email one or all of the major publishers telling them to publish the book. Don't forget to state your age and where you read my book. I would be SO grateful if you could do that. Here is a list of publishers, with their emails:

Random House . . . [deleted]
Hachette . . . [deleted]
HarperCollins . . . [deleted]
Simon & Schuster . . . [deleted]
Thomas Nelson . . [deleted]
Scholastic . . . [deleted]

You can also send a bulk email by sending your message to ALL the publishers at one time . . .
